English High Tea

Join us for an afternoon of fellowship and fun. The event will begin at 1pm and will include four courses. We will begin with hot tea from Tea Lula Tearoom in Park Ridge, sandwiches, scones and desserts. In addition, an assortment of bag teas from Whittard, London, England will be served.

There will be live music by Abe McGowen playing Harp, Randy Chiakas playing Saxophone, and a talk given by certified Tea Specialist, Julie Tiu.

Proceeds will benefit community program building operations at 668 Graceland in Des Plaines- these include Parents Day Out program, a women's circle, Bessie's Table community meal, Bessie's Express community deliveries, community building peace circles, AA groups, community resource coordination, drum circles, jazz vespers, and more.

This is an event for adults. Tickets are $35 per person including food, entertainment, and two gift basket giveaways

Tables of four can be reserved while seats are available.

You may sponsor a ticket for somone. If you cannot attend, donations are welcome!

First Church has parking behind the building, enter from Webford Ave. The elevator can be accessed through the entrance off the parking lot.
