ENGLISH FANTASY

Virtuoso Italian guitarists Giulio Tampalini and Daniele Fabio return to the historic and beautiful setting of Seventeen Nineteen with the Newcastle Guitar Orchesta for an evening celebrating the classical guitar and the music of England.

An eclectic programme featuring consort music from the time of Elizabeth I by Anthony Holborne and John Dowland, through to interpretations of modern classics by Gary Jules and Sting. Also featuring the world premiere of English Suite by Daniele Fabio, inspired by his visits to the North-East.
