FUMC Allen's free English Conversation Class taught by Rev Justin Noh kicks off their fall program on Wednesday, September 25, at 6:30pm.
The mission of this program is to support immigrants by offering a conversation class, a support system, and opportunities for community. This mission comes out of our identity as a Christian community, and we believe that to welcome the immigrant is to welcome God (Matthew 25:38).
An English Conversation Class, or ECC, provides an opportunity for non-native English speakers to practice their English communication skills in a safe and supportive environment. This courses is designed for adults who want to use and improve their speaking and listening skills.
The class follows the Allen ISD school calendar and will not meet the week of Fall Break (October 16) and Thanksgiving Break (November 27).
