English Connect Classes - Clayton and Washburn

English Connect is a free English learning program offered through the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, designed to help people build confidence in speaking, reading, and understanding English in a supportive, faith-centered environment.Classes are small, friendly, and focused on conversation - so learners practice real-life English they can use at work, school, and in their communities. There are different levels: English Connect 1 and English Connect 2 - making it accessible whether you're just starting or looking to improve your fluency.One of the best parts: It's not just about language - it's about connection. Participants build friendships, strengthen self reliance, and grow in confidence together.If you or someone you know wants to improve their English in a welcoming space, English Connect is a great place to start.Classes are held on Sundays (except for Palm Sunday and Easter) from 3 to 4:15 PM.Enter on the North Side of the building. Someone will be there to register you at no cost, and show you to the classroom.
