Calling all pre-teens and teens ages 10–14—get ready for an exciting, hands-on engineering experience where you will build, test, and explore real-world concepts used in today’s industries.
What Awaits You
-Be an Aerodynamics Engineer for a Day
-Build and test your own rocket launcher while exploring lift, drag, and thrust
-The Telegraph
-Create a working telegraph and learn how electromagnetism powers communication through Morse code
-The Wind Turbine
-Design and test a wind turbine while learning how energy is generated and transferred
-What’s Hydraulics?
-Build a pump jack model and explore how petroleum is extracted and how fluid systems work
-Industry Experience
-Participate in a guided field trip to explore real-world engineering applications and industry environments
