About this Event
Join us for this event on staying true to yourself during the chaos and uncertainty of the 2024 election. When faced with difficult tensions and unpredictability, our inner turmoil can dislodge us from our centered and most capable self.
What if there is a way to ease our own anxiety and feel more grounded?
What if there is a way to address our own anger and lead with a calm confidence?
What if there is a way to respond not from fear, but from our own sacred wisdom?
What if there is a way to meet these challenges with one’s deepest values and best self?
In these tumultuous times, the way forward requires we first go inward. Come learn how the practice of self-compassion nurtures inner peace and builds resiliency to meet this moment with clarity and agency. Gather in community, breathe deeply, and activate your Best Self to stay grounded through the 2024 election.
