This FREE event is a unique day in our community sponsored by The Community Training and Development Centre (CTDC) and Cobourg YMCA to celebrate Seniors Month, and CTDC's 30th anniversary year!

This is a film which highlights the journey in overcoming creative, technical, and age-related obstacles, promoting creativity and combating ageism.

NOTE: This event takes place at two locations. The morning session (film screening and meet-the-director) is at the Best Western Cobourg, and the afternoon session (lunch and activities) is at the YMCA in Cobourg. Transportation between venues is not provided, however, they are only a 10-minute walk apart.

The event is free, but registration is required and seating is limited for the movie and for lunch.

Arriba – Dance Fitness Party
Fun, beginner-friendly dance class with Latin, Bollywood, and global vibes. Learn simple moves, then put it all together and dance as a group to upbeat, familiar music.

PrimeTime Aerobics – Classic Moves to Music
Low-impact, easy-to-follow aerobics set to recognizable songs. Learn step-by-step, then move through the full routine together. Adjustable intensity.

ChairFIT & Chair Yoga

A welcoming class that blends movement, strength, and mobility using the support of a chair. Begin with Chair Yoga to improve flexibility and ease of movement through supported postures, transition into ChairFIT for a light, engaging mix of cardio and strength (both seated and standing), and finish with a relaxing yoga cool down.

Set to familiar music, this demo-style session showcases two well-loved classes, thoughtfully combined into one smooth and enjoyable experience—created specially for this event!

Mask Painting

Be inspired by the movie theme and express your creativity! This relaxed, come-and-go activity is available throughout both activity blocks (LIMITED SPACE).

**CLOTHING: Clean indoor athletic shoes (closed toe and heel) are required for participation in movement-based activities. We also recommend dressing in comfortable layers.**
