Our Energy Reset - SHE CAN DO IT ALL is a guided small-group session focused on reconnecting with your inner energy and momentum. Regarding International Women's Week it's an Female Empowerment Class to regain new energy.
We combine grounding, light movement-based activation and reflection exercises to explore what drains and fuels you. Additionally this session includes parts of meditations and open sharing in a respectful group setting.
The focus is on identifying what drains and fuels your energy and consciously shifting your internal state. Especially supportive during demanding phases when you feel drained or energetically scattered. Together we create an open, supportive and empowering environment.
