Designed to help you better understand what’s happening in your body, this session shows how to support yourself in a gentle, sustainable way. You’ll gain insight into common concerns such as changes in energy, sleep, digestion, and stress, paired with clear, approachable nutrition guidance that avoids overwhelm. Practical, gentle tools will be provided that you can begin using right away to support your well-being.
Presented by Doree Lecaros, FNTP, of Wellness with Doree, this workshop draws on her expertise in functional and holistic nutrition to help participants understand and support their bodies effectively.
You’ll explore how hormones, stress, and digestion interact, explained in an easy-to-follow, approachable way. There will also be time for reflection, questions, and space to clarify what feels most supportive for you as you move forward.
This experience is ideal for anyone feeling tired, stressed, or out of balance; for those who have tried different approaches and are looking for deeper understanding; for participants who want education and support without dieting or extremes; or for anyone interested in feeling more connected to their body and its needs.
No prior experience is required.
