Alana Sheeren is a writer, energy worker, TEDx speaker, mom and author of the mindfulness journal, 30 Days of Noticing. She holds an MA in clinical and community psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles, and for more than 13 years has helped clients move stuck energy with a specific form of energy and space clearing. Her unique blend of compassion, insight, and expertise creates a warm, judgment-free space for deep exploration and self-realization. She lives by the ocean in Ventura with her husband and snaggle-toothed rescue dog, where she's prone to taking endless sunset photos and accidentally singing the wrong lyrics to 80's songs.
