As the veil thins this season, many of us feel more open, more sensitive, and more easily drained. This workshop is a chance to pause, reset, and learn practical ways to bring your energy back into balance and protect it through the months ahead.
Hosted by Centuries Ago, this session is led by Jenner, a Kashubian healer who draws on traditional folk healing practices. You'll learn how to align your chakras, practice grounding techniques you can use anytime you feel scattered or overwhelmed, and work with physical tools for energetic protection in your home and daily life.
