In this class we explore principles of energy to change our habits, heal and thrive! Using energy medicine techniques and medical intuition practices, we will explore simple daily practices to help ground our energy, change our energetic patterns and feel stronger.
Energy runs in habitual patterns in our bodies. We play pathways and old things out way longer than necessary just because that is how energy is. I will show you some ways to shake things up and make real change.
Cost is $35 per person.
We will move a little. Talk a little. So dress comfortable but don't plan for a whole workout. These are moves you can do anywhere!
