In this upcoming class, you’ll learn simple, accessible movements designed to help shift and move energy through your aura, chakras, and meridians.
Through gentle movement, you'll explore ways to release stagnant energy, restore balance, and reconnect with your body.
By the end of the class, you’ll feel more relaxed, balanced, and energized.
