The Conscious Release Method™ (CRM) is a structured, presence-based somatic facilitation system developed by Cirak after years of guiding deep emotional integration in retreat and private settings.
CRM is not catharsis. It is not storytelling. It is not performance-based healing.
It is a disciplined method for working directly with sensation — allowing unfinished emotional charge to complete without reinforcing identity or narrative.
This 100-hour immersive training prepares qualified participants to safely facilitate 1:1 Conscious Release sessions within a defined scope of practice.
Over two weeks, you will learn:

- Nervous system activation tracking
- Trauma-aware facilitation language
- Practitioner presence & energetic boundaries
- Integration & completion protocols
- Ethical scope & referral guidelines

ABOUT THE TEACHER
Cirak is a teacher of embodied clarity and founder of the Conscious Release™ Energy Healing Method. His work focuses on integrating emotional residue through direct somatic awareness rather than mental reframing.
A graduate of Eckhart Tolle’s School of Awakening, Cirak has led immersive retreats internationally, with upcoming programs at Omega Institute, Menla, and Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health.
