The Energy Exchange Group is a space to practice both.

This offering is designed for those who feel called to explore energy work in a grounded, supported environment. Whether you’re newer to it or already have experience, this is a place to build confidence, stay connected to your body, and learn through doing.

In this group, participants will have the opportunity to both offer and receive energy work in a structured, respectful setting. This may include modalities like Reiki, intuitive energy work, or simply working with presence and intention.

We’ll focus on:

Staying grounded and regulated while giving and receiving

Building awareness of your own energy and boundaries

Practicing consent, communication, and intention

Trusting what you’re sensing without overthinking it

This isn’t about performing or getting it “right.” It’s about showing up, staying present, and allowing the experience to unfold in a way that feels safe and real.

All exchanges are guided and supported, with clear structure to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone involved.
