If you’re struggling to pay your heating or electric bills, Energy Outreach Colorado’s Bill Payment Assistance Program can help. This program provides emergency funds to pay for past-due energy bills for qualifying Coloradans.
Attend this free workshop to learn about applying for bill payment assistance and other programs that will help reduce your energy costs.
