Relax and immerse yourself in an energy cleansing & balancing event that will raise the frequency of your body to encourage healing and peace of mind, and promote overall wellness.You’ll participate in multiple energy healing modalities: – REIKI infused SOUND BATH (50 min) – LIMITING BELIEFS Releases – AROMATHERAPY (individualized)
The exchange is $65 per person. We host this event in our home at 1055 Elaine Street, Venice, FL 34285 so space is limited to 7 spots and they fill up quickly.
Parking is available in the driveway and on the street. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early and be on time out of respect for the others who have bought tickets.
Come hydrated, dress comfortably, bring your own blanket to wrap up in and a pillow if you would like, to experience deep relaxation and a healing journey through the combination of soothing sound vibrations and reiki energy during the 50-minute SOUND BATH. Tara Gess and Sharon Lesko use over 30 instruments, including crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, rainstick, shakers, chimes, handpan, drums, and more to immerse you in a relaxing sound healing experience. Sharon is a Reiki Master and infuses the room with reiki energy for everyone attending. Reiki helps restore the flow of energy throughout the body, by opening up our energy pathways so they can function optimally and further promote wellness by reducing stress and improving overall well-being.
Following the sound bath, Tara guides you and the group to release specific LIMITING BELIEFS that may be holding you back in some way. Using muscle testing and charts of negative beliefs, she discovers particular beliefs each person is ready to release. For example, you may have a nagging belief that “you’re not good at anything” or “you always make the wrong decision” or “life is a struggle”. Maybe you’re holding onto a belief that “I do not matter” or “I am not important” or “people don’t respect me.” Energy Alignment is the time to shed those anchoring beliefs once and for all!
Finally, you’ll continue raising your energetic vibration with a customized Young Living therapeutic-grade Essential Oils AROMATHERAPY experience. Using the Emotion & Body Code method created by Dr. Bradley Nelson, Tara will help you discover the oils your body wants, then we'll share some of those oils with you as well as more information on how to use them regularly to improve your health and well-being.
