We will begin with a gentle heart-opening cacao ceremony, allowing you to ground, set intentions, and connect with the group energy.

From there, you will be guided into an Energy Activation combined with Sound Healing. This experience works with your natural life-force energy, allowing stored stress and emotional tension to release organically. The sound healing frequencies support the nervous system and help integrate the experience on a deeper level.

This is not breathwork or forced movement. You simply lie down comfortably and allow your body to respond naturally.

Each person’s experience is unique and unfolds in a safe, supported way. You may experience:
