Welcome to Zumba Classes with MA!
Zumba is the ultimate workout party! It is a fun and easy way to burn calories and boost your mood. You don't need any experience or equipment, just bring your energy and enthusiasm. Our classes accommodate all skill levels and ages. You don't need any dance background or any equipment to join in! With modifications and variations available, you will be able to start at your own pace and gradually increase intensity.
Join us every Tuesday at 6pm and Saturdays at 11am in The Carmelite Community Centre, D2
