Date: 6 November 2026 (Friday)
Time: 11h-12h
Location: R. João Cabreira 18, 3000-223 Coimbra (Next to Pet & Tea Cafe)
The objective of this outreach event is to bring music and movement into the lives of senior citizens who come to the ANAI (Associação Nacional de Apoio ao Idoso) Day Center in the Baixa by dancing and connecting with them. You do not need any dance experience to join in, just your enthusiasm and willingness to move and chat with the seniors! We will start off with a gentle warm up and some fun chair dancing with some swing music. At the end of the session, we will play some music and dance/chat with our new friends.
Volunteers, we need you! Please sign up here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/17ExmXNU1GhpdF8GfhPp8oLmT5GaT7fqNAFzdqtntYwA/edit?usp=sharing

Data: 6 de Novembro de 2026
Hora: 11h -12h
