About AcuDetox:
An Ear Acupuncture experience using NADA 5 Point AcuDetox Treatment that involves five small, sterilized disposable needles inserted into specific areas in each ear of the participant. Once the needles are inserted, you will lay in a meditative state while receiving sound frequencies surround the room (about 30 minutes). This allows your body to have a non-verbal way of dealing with stressors and balance the mind, body, and spirit.
About Emotion Code Energy Release:
Trapped emotions become stuck in our energy field and body. Over time this stuck energy can become very unbalancing and cause havoc on us not only emotionally, but mentally and physically as well. Releasing these trapped emotions gives you freedom from the heaviness of the emotions. We will be clearing 3 trapped emotions from each attendee to open up a new way of thinking and feeling.
About the Sound Journey:
The vibration of sound is not just heard by your ears, but felt through your entire being. Utilizing a variety of sound instruments including Quartz Crystal Sound Bowls, Gongs, Chimes, Tuning Forks and more. The frequencies and rhythm of the sound therapy align the body's energy to a harmonious state.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATORS: Alexis Schneider, Jessi Floyd, Mary Ablao
Alexis is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist (ADS) and Energy Healing Practitioner. With over 20 years of experience in the mental health, rehabilitation, wellness space and her own health journey through cancer, Alexis takes a science-and-soul approach to healing. As the Owner & Founding Director of LiveWell, Alexis is passionate about helping her community HEAL, LEARN and GROW. She believes that in order for us to truly heal we must identify the root cause and address all layers of self: physical, energetic, mental, emotional, spiritual and communal. Alexis inspires and empowers people to create their own state of ultimate health and happiness, naturally.
Jessi Floyd is a certified Emotion Code and Body Code Practitioner, and a certified Reiki Master. "Energy healing is her passion and soul’s mission is to help and teach others along their healing journey. Getting down to the root causes of imbalances in the body allows us to heal from the inside out, restoring our health and well being.
Mary Ablao of Studio Retreat in St Johns is an Artist, a Registered Art Therapist and Certified Reikki Master and Sound Healing Practitioner. As a lifelong artist and teacher, Mary's creative spirit allows her to truly connect heart to heart with the groups she leads. After decades of art immersion, Mary followed her creative calling to incorporate sound frequencies into her service offerings. Spirit flows through her beautiful soundscapes to align mind and body.
