Energetic Liberation is a relaxed, supportive workshop where we clear out old energy that’s weighing us down and make space for more freedom, ease, and choice.
Not “change your whole life overnight.”
Just… lighter.
Together we’ll explore gentle release practices, healthy boundaries, and simple ways to stop giving your time and energy to things that don’t actually matter. Expect reflection, conversation, a little practical magic, and that really nice feeling of realizing you don’t have to do everything.
