This intuitive flow experience is designed to help you gently release what you’ve been carrying, clear lingering energetic cords from past relationships, and allow emotion to move through the body instead of staying trapped inside it.

This is not choreography.

This is guided, somatic, emotional alchemy through movement.

Energetic Intuitive Flow is a guided movement practice that blends meditation, breath, and free-form dance. You’ll be led into your body first, then invited to let movement arise naturally as emotions surface and release.

The energetic focus of this session is healing from heartbreak—whether that heartbreak comes from a romantic relationship, a situationship, a deep emotional bond, or a version of yourself you had to let go of.

We begin by clearing the mental noise and grounding the body. From there, we move into a guided meditation designed to help you consciously release energetic cords and emotional residue from past connections. Once the energy is activated, music becomes the container for intuitive flow—allowing the body to process what the mind cannot.

No dance experience is required.
All bodies, ages, and movement styles are welcome.

• Comfortable clothes you can move freely in
• A yoga mat or blanket for grounding portions
• Water
• An open heart and willingness to feel

You may dance with eyes closed, move slowly, or barely move at all. Your body leads. There is no “right” way to do this.

This is a space to release without force.
