Sometimes we forget that we are an energy magnet. Our bodies wander about the day, and everything and everyone we come into contact with, has an effect on our body whether we know it or not. Additionally, we are not limited to physical connecting either. It is important to understand that energy transmits through waves we can’t see. We can pick up other people’s energy on the phone, via the internet, even telepathically. Therefore, it’s imperative to learn how to clear, clean, AND protect your energy so you can support yourself in an optimal living experience.In this 1 hour course you will learn:

• Simple ways to keep your energy clean including rituals at the beginning, middle, and end of your day.

• How to protect your energy against energy "vampires"As a byproduct, you will learn how to set meaningful, loving boundaries for yourself and sustain a safe “distance” energetically.

Facilitator Bio Tina McDonald: My name is Tina. I am a Usui Reiki Master Teacher and an affiliate member of the International Center for Reiki Training. I am at least a third-generation intuitive on my father’s side of the family and was first introduced to the metaphysical and spiritual world at a young age. I began my studies in 2020 where I found solace in the healing properties of Reiki. I am also attuned in Karuna, Holy Fire, Dragon, Crystal, Shamanic and Angelic Reiki, and draw from all these modalities during a Reiki session. In addition to practicing Reiki, I offer Tarot, Oracle, Runes and Pendulum divination. I am certified to conduct EFT tapping sessions and aura cleansings. I am also a published author and the moderator of the monthly Live with The Guides online group channeling event on speakingfromsource.com.
