🔥 Through Kundalini and Kriya Yoga, we will journey into the very core of our being. Movement, breath, and intention will guide us to awaken the serpent of energy 🐍 that lies within - the most vital and transformative force we carry.
🔥 This practice is not about performance, but about experience. You may feel waves of ecstasy, blissful vibrations, deep desire, profound stillness, or even the silence of pure nothingness. You may dissolve into spaciousness or expand into connection with the Universe itself. Every journey is unique - and all are welcome.
🔥 We will practice alone and in pairs - bringing balance, reflection, and connection. Come with a partner or meet a new soul during the session. (No nudity or intimate contact involved - this is sacred energy work, safe and grounded.)

❤️‍🔥About facilitator: my name is Natalie and I’m a certified Kundalini yoga teacher and Tantra facilitator. My individual spiritual path began 14 years ago with Kundalini practices: working with energy centres - chakras. Already as an experienced practitioner and later becoming a teacher of Kundalini Yoga, I became very interested in Tantra. Walking this path for more than 4 years now, I have discovered a lot of ultimate truths for myself. I connected with my body and energy in a very deep levels through some Tantric practices. I embraced self love and self acceptance. I embraced my shadow and dark femininity. I became more happy, free and visible to the World.
Now I want to share my Universe of realisations, insights and love with others 🙏🏼🤍
