I absolutely loved hosting the water-side early morning yoga & dip classes the last summers and early autumn and I’m very excited to bring these classes back to the easy Summer weekend mornings - allowing you to take that moment for yourself, your breath, your body and presence before the town fully wakes, allowing the breeze and movement to blow away the week behind and start the weekend fresh, connected, relaxed and energised.

There’s something truly special about moving and breathing by the water - the summer-y breeze bringing a sense of freedom, clarity and connection with all that is within and everything that is around - I invite you to join me to soak in and add a sprinkle of early morning magic to your summer as well!

You can expect an hour-long soulful morning slow flow practice followed by an optional warm beverage and refreshing dip to the water to really start your day right. Bring a mat and swimgear, sun cream, your friend who loves yoga, water, and everything cosy, your fave morning drink in a flask or grab one with your morning pastry from a nearby cafe. You choose if you only come for yoga or wish to soak in these summer mornings a little longer together after :)

Danish weather is knowingly unpredictable. A light warm drizzle can often provide a beautiful base for a practice but in the case of heavy rain the class will be cancelled and tickets refunded by 7AM latest. If it’s raining on Saturday but sunny on Sunday then the practice might be moved to Sunday instead. Keep an eye out in the Instagram group chat for any changes.

Preliminary schedule: 7; 14 & 28 June, 12 July, 9 & 23. August
(In case of rain the class might be moved to Sunday - I will make am Instagram group chat this year for any updates to the schedule - do let me know if you would like to be added to the chat and your account so that you could easily stay up to date with the schedule. If you book your spot ahead via the booking link you will be notified of possible changes via email.)
