Awaken your body, soul and energy with Kundalini and Tantra practices. I invite you to the Cosmic journey of bliss and connection with a Higher self. We will begin to align with our energy bodies, gently and slowly. We will go through all the chakras and make them vibrate. Then we will awaken Kundalini energy- the most vital and powerful energy, sexu@l energy. It will help us to revive our body.
After that we will be ready to go deeper and experience some special states of consciousness. We will perform very powerful kriyas (certain sets of exercises, breathing techniques) together with some breathwork and Tantra practices that will help us on this path to Ecstasy.
You can experience ecstatic or blissful states, stillness, feeling of nothingness, hyper sensitivity, feeling of oneness, connection with your vibrant energy or Absolute. There are no limitations, and everything depends on how free and open your energy body is.
But I will guide you through this process, will share my experience and help you to feel yours.
✨About facilitator: my name is Natalie and I’m a certified Kundalini yoga teacher and Tantra facilitator. My individual spiritual path began 14 years ago with Kundalini practices: working with energy centres - chakras. Already as an experienced practitioner and later becoming a teacher of Kundalini Yoga, I became very interested in Tantra. Walking this path for more than 4 years now, I have discovered a lot of ultimate truths for myself. I connected with my body and energy in a very deep levels through some Tantric practices. I embraced self love and my sexu@lity. I embraced my shadow and dark femininity. I became more happy, free and visible to the World.
Now I want to share my Universe of realisations, insights and love with others 🙏🏼🤍
