Come and learn how to protect your own energy and that of your home and workplace in this informative and practical workshop. Most of us are sensitive beings and we can take on other people’s energy, and often absorb the energy of the places that we visit too.
Our homes may also be susceptible to changing energies with having people visit, or, if anyone has had an illness in the home , or even if we’ve had disagreements with loved ones!
This workshop is great for picking up tips and advice on what we can do to help shift things to a more positive and uplifting sense and feeling.
We will look into different exercises and tools that can be affective in transmuting energy.
