Come join us on Sunday, May 19th, 2024 at 6:00 PM at Sweat Studio for an evening of relaxation, release, and re-calibration. This event will allow you to move the energy within the body; release physical, emotional and mental blockages; and access subconscious beliefs that may be interfering with the ability to live in alignment with the highest version of self.

Experience the power of Energetic and Somatic Therapy as you connect with your self on a deeper level. I will guide you through a powerful 1 hour energy transmission where all you will be required to do is: relax, close your eyes, listen to the musical playlist, and surrender to whatever emotion or sensation that needs to be released in order to raise your frequency, promoting overall well-being and leading to the creation of new realities in your life!

Very important before the session:

- Do not eat anything dense 3 hours before the session. If you feel that you are very hungry, eat something light, like fruit for example. Much better if you come fasting.

- 🚫 Do not consume any type of drugs or alcohol 24 hours before the session.

- Wear comfortable clothes.

- There will be mat, but you may bring your yoga mat and water if you like.

- Try to arrive 10 min early to get situated.

Crystal is has been working as an energy facilitator (trained by Venant Wong) for 2 years. Prior to that, she has worked 20 years in the modeling industry which led her to seek out deeper meaning in life by finding balance in mind, body, and spirit. She aspires to help others to find and share their own personal truth, freedom, health, and Divine connection. Energy transmission facilitation has allowed her to share the gift of life-force energy as a catalyst for personal transformation.
