Inspired by the movement meditation that is Qi Gong.
Qi Gong, pronounced “chi gong,” was developed in China thousands of years ago as part of traditional Chinese medicine. It involves using exercises to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being,sometimes referred to as a moving meditation.
The inner body energy that we will create together is pure awareness, flowing within you and flowing out to the world. When you begin to start feeling your inner body and that feeling of aliveness within, you are feeling Qi. In this practice, we will incorporate visualisation, breathwork and gentle movement to tap into your Ener-Qi.
