Dr Robert Eades
BChD (Hons), MSc Endodontology (Distinction), DipRestDent RCS (Eng), Dip.MJDF AssocFCGDent Associate Fellow World Clinical Laser Institute
Dr. Robert Eades graduated with honours from Leeds University in 2006 and holds a
Restorative Diploma from the Royal College of Surgeons and an MSc in Endodontology.
With over 13 years of experience running a private practice, Dr. Eades has specialist
interest in endodontic care, incorporating advanced technology such as CBCT and both
hard and soft tissue lasers into his workflow. His expertise and practical approach to
teaching provides valuable insights in achieving predictable results in endodontics.

Customer Cancellations and Course Transfer Requests
A course cancellation request or a request to transfer to another course date, must be emailed to COLTENE at [email protected].
Course Transfer Requests
1. Email received no later than 6 working days prior to a course date
• You will be offered a new course date where there are spaces available and at no extra cost.
• If no suitable course date can be found and you choose to cancel your course, you will be offered a full refund minus the Eventbrite booking fee; that cost will be confirmed in your refund confirmation.
2. Email received within 6 working days of a course date
• If we are able to fill your vacant space, you will be offered a new course date where there are spaces available and at no extra cost.
• If we are unable to fill your vacant space or no suitable course date can be found, your course fee will be retained in full.
You are allowed to transfer your course date on two occasions only, except where agreed by COLTENE, otherwise the cancellation terms, below, will apply.
Course Cancellation Requests

COLTENE Cancellations
• On the rare occasion that a course has to be cancelled for any reason, you will be offered an alternative course date.
• If no suitable course date can be found, you will be offered a full refund.
• Please note that COLTENE will not be held liable for any accommodation costs, travel costs or any other loss incurred should an event be cancelled.
