For one night only, we're leaving the reds in the cellar and shining a spotlight on the remarkable world of white wine. From vibrant and mineral-driven to rich and expressive, each selection has been thoughtfully paired with a multi-course menu crafted by the Lighthouse culinary team.
The evening begins with a welcoming amuse-bouche before unfolding through a series of beautifully paired courses, including pan-roasted rock shrimp, agnolotti dal plin, Cornish hen en croûte, tenderloin filet, and a decadent dessert finale. Featured pairings include selections from Coppola, Torbreck, and Schloss Vollrads, showcasing the incredible range and complexity that white wines can offer.
