As 2024 comes to a close, let’s come together in community to honor endings and beginnings, letting go of the old and bringing in the new. This special class includes a candlelight ritual to release what is no longer serving us and to create space for the qualities we wish to cultivate in the New Year. We will also practice pranayama, mantra, mudra, and asana to awaken and balance the chakras to optimize wellness for a fresh start to 2025.
