A representative from National Alliance on Mental Illness will be speaking to us about mental health challenges young people and young adults face. This training will give us some signs, facts and statistics that can better prepare us to understand and identify people who may be struggling with their mental health and how we can be a support to them. Join us and invite friends, partners, and co-workers who may also be interested in being a better advocate for all of our mental health.
