Don't miss out on this opportunity to connect with like-minded people, and gain valuable insights into your life journey.
Explore what holds you back in the present, and release what is no longer helpful. Here we look into loosening entanglements through resolving unfinished bonding, grief and early conflict. Acknowledging our excluded emotions, we can take in what is valuable in our family and inter-generational inheritances. We invite your greater clarity using experiential group-work [Hellinger's Family and Systemic Constellations, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)].
This workshop will speak especially to those who love learning and self-discovery. This is an experiential workshop, and is not a training in Constellations or IFS. Although the facilitators are trained and accreditted therapists, this has no affiliation with Hellinger Sciencia or the IFS Institute.

Previous participants from our workshops say...
"A wonderful workshop. Really amazing and inspiring."
"Releasing blocks holding us back in life, achieved with the support and love of the group, guidance of facilitators, wisdom of the body and having conversations with our ancestors. Transpersonal experience that travels in space and time and touches other family loved ones. It can't be described in words and must be experienced!"
"This workshop expanded my view to myself and people around me to the extend that it allowed the space for missing puzzles to come together."
"A fascinating dive into family constellation ideas and how they work in practice. Interesting group and lovely sense of connection."
"Wow ! the energies of the group allowed the emergence of a gentle, contained, yet at times, confronting experiences akin to those found in deep meditative states."
"I will be forever grateful for attending Simon and Gabriela's workshop. I feel that I achieved what I could not in years of therapy. I since uncovered other family secrets and learnt more about my family ancestry. My family is talking more and my relationship with my husband deepened. I feel the love of my ancestors and I am so greatfull to be here. Thank you so much!"
"The workshop was so needed and was right for me. I also felt that participants also brought their self energy, openness, depth of wisdom and curiosity. I felt that the workshop provided a great place for them to meet and connect not only horizontally and very very vertically (through generations of love and life). I also realised the interplay between us, the venue, the staff at the centre, and the nature is so real and I appreciate that. Thank you, Simon and Gabriela!"

Bert Hellinger: New Paths
"The practitioners and the all the other participants experienced another consciousness, far beyond the relationships of ‘I’ and ‘You’. The ‘I’ that wanted something was carried along by an ‘We’, which meant it ceased being an ‘I’ in the usual sense, an ‘I’ that included ideas about good and bad, better and worse, even healthy and sick. These new ‘We’ constellations enthralled everybody present: everyone was drawn into the constellation in an individual way and learnt to take. Participants were reminded to take personal responsibility for their own actions and the consequences of those actions. The duality in our relationships: of helper and client, of knowledgeable and ignorant, was swept away by an all-embracing ‘We’. Everyone was able to, and had to, fit into a greater whole, but with a sense of self-responsibility intact. This was also true across the dimensions of our own health and illness, our happiness or misery.
Family constellations revealed that everyone is always present with several other people. Everyone lives different lives and in several places. Everyone is simultaneously taken into service for many others. By whom or what? By an all-embracing movement that decides over our welfare in a comprehensive way. Can anyone come between us and this movement? Are we not all taken in by the same creative power and guided on the path that serves our fate as has been decreed for us? This present time is also just one among many that we must live in and through, in order to become whole, increasingly freed and purified by this power."
Carl Jung:
"When I was working on the stone tablets, I became aware of the fateful links between me and my ancestors. I feel very strongly that I am under the influence of things or questions which were left incomplete and unanswered by my parents and grandparents and more distant ancestors. It often seems as if there were an impersonal karma within a family, which is passed on from parents to children. It has always seemed to me that I had to answer questions which fate had posed to my forefathers, and which had not yet been answered, or as if I had to complete, or perhaps continue, things which previous ages had left unfinished.
It is difficult to determine whether these questions are more of a personal or more of a general (collective) nature. It seems to me that the latter is the case. A collective problem, if not recognized as such, always appears as a personal problem, and in individual cases may give the impression that something is out of order in the realm of the personal psyche. The personal sphere is indeed disturbed, but such disturbances need not be primary; they may well be secondary, the consequence of an insupportable change in the social atmosphere. The cause of disturbance is, therefore, not to be sought in the personal surroundings, but rather in the collective situation.Psychotherapy has hitherto taken this matter far too little into account."
