Endeavor Open House: FREE Fitness and Self Defense Classes

Looking for a fun workout? Always wanted to try self defense? Want a supportive community of fun love people that like to work hard and laugh harder?

Join us Saturday December 7th for FIVE FREE FITNESS and FIGHT CLASSES.

This event is completely open to the public and all backgrounds are welcome.

We will be hosting five awesome one hour sessions in Endurance, Strength & Conditioning, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Krav Maga Self Defense, and Kickboxing.

There is something for everyone!

The schedule will go as follows.

8am Endurance (Fitness Room)

9am Strength & Conditioning (Fitness Room) and BJJ (Fight Room)

10am Krav Maga (Fight Room)

11am Kickboxing (Fight Room)
