Endangered Species Book Talk with David Goethel
About this Event
Join author, commercial fisherman, and former fisheries management council member David Goethel for a book talk on his new book Endangered Species, a narrative nonfiction of his 55-year career in New England's small boat family fishery. The evening will feature readings from the book, a presentation of photos and explanation of fish and fishing, and a discussion of the Magnuson-Stevens Act. Presentation followed by Q&A with the author. This program is a special tie-in with the Center's ongoing exhibit, In History's Wake.
