End Violence: 50 Days of Hope | Unity in the Community
About this Event
The End Violence: 50 Days of Hope: Unity in the Community event is a community-wide celebration focused on promoting peace, unity, and hope while honoring Juneteenth and recognizing Gun Violence Awareness Month. Hosted at the Randolph Street Community Garden, this free event brings together residents, community organizations, local leaders, and advocates for a day of empowerment, education, and fellowship. RSVPs are encouraged. Please reserve one free ticket for each person attending to help us plan for food, activities, giveaways, and community resources.
Attendees will enjoy a Freedom Bike Ride, the Juneteenth Festival, the Hoops for Hope 3-on-3 Basketball Shootout, voter registration opportunities, free food, games, entertainment, and community resources. Through positive engagement and meaningful connections, this event seeks to inspire change, strengthen neighborhoods, and encourage community involvement.
Whether you're participating in activities, supporting local initiatives, or simply spending time with family and friends, this day is designed to celebrate culture, build relationships, and spread hope throughout the community.
