Join us for our unmissable end of year reset evening!Fancy a little time out from recent life challenges or just a treat for yourself with a yoga twist? All of this in a tranquil location tucked away in a leafy southern suburb of Perth.
Begin the evening with a gentle restorative yoga practice and long guided meditation with Charley Hickey. We’ll then break for yummy chai and treats for supper. The evening will conclude with a sublime sound session with the lovely Heather Robbins to leave you floating out on a cloud of relaxation.
Held at the historic and picturesque grounds of the Sivananda Ashram in suburban Fremantle.
BYO mat & blanket & wear warm layers for the periods of stillness. Bookings are essential and we expect this one to fill fast. We hope to see you there for what promises to be a memorable evening!
