Agenda
Before You Get On, What Are You Thinking About?
Host: Sophia Ranker
Info: Before you get on your horse, are you running down a safety check list? Are you going over the skills you want to practice? Are you thinking about the fall you had or the upcoming competition? Are thinking about what is going through your head? In this class, we're going to talk about the importance of our mental awareness, and how being aware of our thinking shapes our riding. We'll touch on getting back in the saddle post-fall and post-injury, gearing up for competition, and why riding can be terrifying while the barn can be so soothing. No need for a helmet, just your thinking caps for this class!
Bridled for Success: The Art & Science Behind Bit Fitting
Host: Lisa Sergi
Info: This session is for all of your bit and bridle questions! Lisa brings extensive experience in consulting riders in bit and bridle set-ups that is optimal for them. Whether you ride English or Western, compete or ride for pleasure, this clinic will sharpen your eye and deepen your understanding of how thoughtful tack choices support a willing, happy partner.
Comfort or Conflict: Reading Your Horse’s Response to Bridle Fit
