End of Summer Community Picnic & Back to School Drive

Join us August 22nd from 12pm to 3pm for an end of summer community picnic here at the church (851 Washington St.)! We will be providing hot dogs, drinks and other snacks, as well as yard games and other fun activities!
Leading up to the picnic, we will be collecting all sorts of supplies for teachers and students at Second District Elementary School.
The supplies for one student are as follows:
-Full sized backpack (No wheels)
-1 highlighter
-4 to 24 count Crayola crayons
-8 large Elmer's glue sticks
-1 to 12 count #2 Ticonderoga pencils (not mechanical)
-1 box of Expo dry-erase markers (black)
-1 pair of blunt tip scissors
-1 medium plastic flip-lid pencil box
-1 reusable water bottle with a spill proof lid
-1 pair of over the head headphones with a 3.5 mm jack (no in-the-ear earbuds)
-Pencil top erasers
The supplies for the classrooms are as follows:
-1 pack of coffee filters
-1 box of tissues
-1 container of disinfectant wipes
-1 box of sandwich bags
-1 box of gallon bags
-1 pack of baby wipes
-1 bottle of hand sanitizer
We will be accepting the donations of these items at the picnic on August 22nd here at the church (851 Washington St.).
