We will take over the top room at The Premier Hotel so you can start the Festival count down with us, meet some of our fabulous sponsors and hear all about the upcoming events! Light canapes provided.Please register your attendance for catering purposes.

• ACROD parking is available on Grey Street immediately outside the venue.
• Accessible entry at the side of the building on Grey Street.

• Accessible toilets available. Bathrooms are gendered in this venue, but a unisex stall is available.
• Lighting will be low, and noise levels may be high due to crowd noise and amplified music.
• This is a cocktail event, however ample seating is available for a range of body types and abilities at bar stools or on full length lounges and chairs, please advise if you require reserved space or seating for any reason.
• Non-alcoholic options are available at the bar.
