What affairs should you get in order? What shade of “green” do you prefer for your funeral?
Topics covered will be basic estate planning, difference between Wills, Living Wills, General Durable Power of Atty, Healthcare Power of Attorney, the importance of establishing Transfer Upon Death or Payable Upon Death Designations, and steps to avoid the costly and long probate process.
In addition, funeral planning topics will include differences in options for final disposition including burial, cremation, body donation to science, and “green” alternatives such as terramation (human composting), alkaline hydrolysis (aquamation), and various green funeral and burial options and practices.
