Mark your calendars and join us for our Kaia Cup Competition, final BRIK workout, and awards! Let’s celebrate all of the hard work you’re been putting in this session. Our BRIK parties are such a fun way to wrap up and connect with our Kaia family! 💗
✨ Schedule for the morning (at the gym):
• 7:30am – Cheer on our Dream Team in the Kaia Cup Competition (our very first time hosting this at our home gym!)
• 8:00am – Final BRIK Power Hour 💪 (you’ll be doing the same workout as the Dream Team!) Form your own team of 5 ahead of time, or we’ll help put you into a team that morning.
• 9:00am – BRIK Awards 🏆
Sign up in advance so we know who’s joining us for the final workout (all in fun, no pressure—we just want to be organized!). We’re also looking for volunteers to help count reps during the Dream Team Competition!

9:15am – HIGH Fitness at the gym 🎶
9:30am – Final Community Run/Walk of the session at Nimbus Fish Hatchery 🏃‍♀️
🌟 And don’t stop there! That evening, we’ll keep the celebration going at Stoney’s Rockin’ Rodeo for line dancing at 7pm. Lessons are just $10 at the door—whether you dance or just come to hang out, it’s always a blast! 👢💃
