PRESS RELEASE Pedal Power: Zambia’s Race to End Malaria
The End Malaria Council, with support from Zambia Sugar, will host the End Malaria Bicycle Race on 28 March 2026 in Lusaka. This national event is part of the movement to inspire action, raise awareness, and mobilise resources to end malaria.
This year’s race targets K800,000 to boost malaria prevention and treatment, including bicycles for health workers serving hard‑to‑reach communities and wider access to lifesaving tools such as insecticide‑treated nets.
