Encore ~ A Chef’s Table Celebration
As the seasons begin to shift, our kitchen is taking a moment to look back before moving forward. This month’s Chef’s Table is not built around one single theme but instead celebrates the journey we have taken together and the melting pot that is American cuisine.
We are bringing back some of the favorite dishes from past Chef’s Tables, courses that left a mark on us and on you, and weaving them into one unforgettable night. From Asian street flavors to Indian spice, Southern classics, and Latin sweetness, the table will be a true gathering of influences, traditions, and memories.
Whether this will be your very first Chef’s Table or you have joined us for many before, this evening is the perfect way to experience the heart of what these dinners are all about: community, creativity, and a shared love of food.
The Menu
First Course ~ Crispy spring roll filled with a savory pork and mushroom blend, served with kimchi, ginger dashi broth, and a touch of spice.
Second Course ~ Lobster mac and cheese, rich and creamy gemelli pasta tossed with Maine lobster and finished with buttery toasted crumbs.
Third Course ~ Curried lentil soup, a fragrant Indian inspired broth with vegetables, tender lentils, grilled lamb, yogurt, and crisp fried bread.
Fourth Course ~ Italian salad of crisp romaine, tomato, cucumber, and a variety of olives, tossed with Parmesan, fresh herbs, garlic croutons, and classic Italian dressing.
Fifth Course ~ Grape sorbet.
Sixth Course ~ Southern fried chicken, a golden fried chicken thigh served with herb mashed potatoes and peppered white gravy.
Seventh Course ~ Caramel flan, a silky custard topped with golden caramel sauce and brightened with a hint of orange peel.
Tickets are $125 per guest and an optional wine pairing will be available for an additional price.
Please note: Reservations are required, and our team will call to confirm your seats. Gift cards are not valid for Chef’s Table events. Seating is limited, we encourage you to secure your spot early.
