During this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make fresh salsa verde using tomatillos and other fresh ingredients before preparing, filling, rolling and assembling your enchiladas.
Along the way, you’ll learn tips for balancing flavors, working with corn tortillas and creating your own variations with different fillings, toppings and spice levels.
You'll leave with:
Hands-on experience making enchiladas from scratch
Recipes to recreate the dish at home
