Q: What age range is best for this event?
Our events are geared for Children ages 2-9, though anyone is welcome!
Q: Who needs a ticket?
A: Everyone attending the event will need a ticket, except for children ages 1 or under sitting on a parents lap, who will gain free admission.
Q. Is the seating Assigned or General Admission?
A: The Seating is assigned, please plan your ticket purchases accordingly
Q: Will tickets be sold at the door?
A: No, all sales must be made online, there will not be tickets available at the door.
Q: Will there be an intermission?
A: Yes, halfway through the show there will be a 15 minute intermission.
Q: Will there be food at the event?
A: Candy, Water and Royal Themed Merchandise will be available for purchase before the show or during intermission! No outside food/drink will be permitted in the theatre.
Q: Are we allowed to take photos or video during the performances?
A: Photography and video are permitted during the performances, however, flash photography is not permitted.
Q : Are strollers allowed in the theatre?
A : Strollers are not allowed in the theatre, but can be left in the lobby. We are not responsible for any item loss.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: We do not accept refunds for this show. In the event of an unexpected show cancellation, all tickets will be refunded
