Enchanted Evening

A parent/child 'date night' brought to you by the YMCA of Central Ohio and Columbus and Franklin County Metro Parks. Every child and parent deserves to spend quality time with one another. Treat the amazing child in your life to an enchanted evening filled with food, crafts, a campfire with marshmallows, scavenger hunts, entertainment, and visits with magical characters at Highbanks Nature Center! We welcome children of all ages, with and without special needs, alongside their caregivers.

As always, our event is FREE as a service to the community. Whether you’re a parent, grandparent, or guardian, everyone is welcome at our night of family fun.

The Nature Center will be closed to the public during this time. Families will have a chance to have a private experience to spend time together and explore the park.

Dress Code: This is a casual event, however, if you would like to dress up as magical characters, please feel free!
