Relax deeply as you are gently supported in an aerial hammock while being immersed in the soothing vibrations of a sound bath. This one-hour experience uses the calming support of the hammock and healing tones of instruments to quiet the mind, release tension, and guide the body into a state of deep rest.For this special collaboration, Cat Perfetti and Angela Colone of Stone & Sage Metaphysical Shop & Holistic Healing Center in Milford join us for an enchanted evening of reiki-infused sound healing. Known as Miss Coexist (Angela) and Cat Amara (Cat), they received their sound healing certification through the Sage Academy of Sound at the Menla Temple.
This experience will include a guided shamanic meditation, followed by a symphony of healing instruments, creating a deeply immersive and rejuvenating journey. You’ll also be gently brought back with an intuitive card message and optional group reflection to close the evening.
No aerial or yoga experience is required. This experience is accessible to all levels. Please feel free to bring any additional comfort items such as a blanket, pillow, eye mask, or anything else that will help you relax more fully.
